The Capt. John J. Sax Family Foundation was established to honor the life of the late Capt. John J. Sax (USMC), who tragically passed away in June 2022.

In commemoration of his memory, our family foundation is devoted to bolstering the aspirations of current and future aviators, pursuing academic endeavors within the realm of aviation.

In continuing to honor the life of a devoted flyer, the Captain John J. Sax Family Foundation serves to support those who choose to further their education, exploration and passion for flight dwelling within the hearts of future aviators and service within the United States of America. In doing so, they are lighting the way for others to embody the same courage and tenacity to “soar” just like Johnny did.
